If this occurs, rest assured that we will offer you an alternative or provide a full refund.

While we do not recommend our safaris for pregnant women or participants with back problems or heart complaints, we do accept expectant mothers and passengers with these conditions. However, we kindly request that you inform us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements for your specific requirements. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us.
Prepare for the Adventure: What to Wear and Bring
To ensure your comfort during the safari, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing, including closed-toed shoes and trousers for quad biking. During the winter period (October to March), we advise you to dress warmly as temperatures can drop. It’s always better to be prepared and fully enjoy your desert adventure.
Quad Biking Disclaimer: Safety First
For your safety, it is essential to have insurance coverage when using quad bikes. If you do not have insurance, we kindly request that you sign a disclaimer form or waiver before starting the quad bike tour. Your safety is our top priority and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these safety measures.
Cancellation Policy: Plan with Confidence
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please inform us at least 24 hours before the tour date to receive a 100% refund if payment has been made in advance. However, if you fail to notify us of the cancellation or miss the tour date and time, there will be no option for a refund.
In the rare event that we have to cancel a booking due to genuine reasons, we will notify you 24 hours before the tour date. Rest assured that if you have made an advance payment, we will refund it promptly. While we do not take responsibility for any associated costs, we are more than willing to reschedule your adventure for another date.
